Buyer got tired of waiting for the post office to deliver items and opened THREE refund requests in spite of being given tracking number and missing mail search number. I finally refunded to keep Ebay from docking me for it, changed the Missing Mail search to return it to me; USPS didn't see that and delivered it to him. No word from him despite repeated requests to send the refunded product back. Apparently thinks because they were late, he's entitled to steal from me.
