Details: | Buyer purchased item from 3rd party Marketplace seller on Amazon. She then proceeded to demand a full refund because the item was not sent directly from Amazon LLC. We accepted the return because the buyer claimed the item was damaged in her original request for return. When questioned further, the buyer admitted the item was not damaged but she wanted to return the item anyway. The buyer threw this expensive $100 facial cream in a polymailer without any protection (it was sent to her double boxed wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap. The item came back to us smashed to pieces. This buyer is uninformed and careless and will obviously do anything for a refund. AVOID! |
