Tried to back out of sale and when I said OK, but will need to report to eBay to get back the final value fee, she paid using PayPal. After the minimum time required by eBay, she complained that the item never arrived and got the amount credited back to her account. She declined insurance despite my terms & conditions stating that I was not responsible for any loss or damage in the post without paying extra for insurance.
