Details: | Buyer claimed item has not been received. Checked tracking and informed the buyer that due to weather delayed, his package was delayed for shipment from FedEx and provided him with the tracking details and history as well as indicating when it would arrived. Buyer did not respond and immediately filed an A-Z claim with Amazon despite letting him know the package will arrive. Then told buyer to refuse the package since he already filed a claim and got his money. He ignored the message and accepted and signed for the package. When we reached out, he claimed he was not home and the package was left there which was not true and the case because a signature was requested and FedEx did not leave the package when they first made the delivery attempt. Asked the buyer to return the item since he accepted and got his money back and claimed he didn't get it and that would be considered fraud. Then he asked for a return label, which we provided and claimed that we were harassing him and he already got his money and will return it when he's back in town. Never did, ignored all of our messages and kept the product. Please be aware of this buyer. |
