Purchased USB device; paid via Paypal; 2-3 weeks later claimed device did not work and wanted a refund or replacement; he opened a dispute and returned a different USB device to what I sold to him confirmed via serial number. Ebay and Paypal policy = the fact the buyer returned AN item, not THE item means he gets a refund - they did not examine any of my submitted evidence and ignored the fact that I had filed a report with UK Action Fraud and the Police.
