Buyer claimed an item that was still sealed from the manufacturer was damaged upon receiving. Complained about my packaging, however, claimed the damage was a "cut on the product's box". There was no damage to the shipping box, or the cardboard box protecting the product. Not sure how my packaging would result in a "cut" with no other external damage. Besides that, his communication was bizarre to say the least. Avoid at all costs. It's a shame eBay doesn't allow negative feedback for buyers these days.
