Details: | I sold this buyer a brand new phone that I had purchased myself through Verizon. Item was never opened except to take pictures. My listing clearly stated "No Returns Accepted". 3 weeks after I shipped the item it came back to me with a note that said "item not as described, this phone does not work. I took it to 3 Verizon dealers & neither of them could get the phone to work". I immediately started the phone & received a strong Verizon signal, the date & time were correct. I got on chat with Verizon online. The representative assured me the ESN was good & that the phone was in good working order as well as the phone had never been attempted to be activated. He opened a case against me, thus leaving me trapped in a corner & refunding his purchase. I blocked this buyer ASAP before he could hack me up with a negative feedback. Sad thing is, if he had been honest & asked me for a refund I more than likely would have taken the item back & refunded him fully. I found another review by this buyer showing his lack of professionalism and maturity. He has been an eBay member since Oct 23, 2005 with 17 feedback's. I wish EBAY would allow the choice for a seller to block low feedbacks from making a purchase from you. |
