Buyer won the auction and emailed me stating they could not pay, because their ebay gift card wouldnt work. They are not making any attempt to call ebay and rectify the situation nor use their own funds to purchase. They basically dont have the monies or changed their mind, needless to say I am out the closing and listing fees for the transaction.
