Buyer bought three autographed helmets from three separate auctions. I shipped the first two helmets together in one box but never notified the buyer I did this. Individually the helmets are under the $150 signature policy but together they required signature. This is a policy I was unaware of and should have protected myself with. Apparently the buyer knew this policy. Buyer claimed that the items didn't arrive (although tracking numbers say that the box arrived). Buyer then told me of the above policy and knew I had shipped them together but he only could have known this if he had opened the box he claims he didn't receive!!! I blocked this buyer but not before he bid on another item. This item he claims wasn't as described, I told him to return it for a refund. He has not returned the item. He gave me three negatives, one for each item. He also sells sports memorabilia so I believe he was trying to end competition by giving me negatives and get items for free. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! Right now everything is in the hands of ebay but from what I hear, ebay almost always favors the buyer. I also reported this buyer but I don't know if that will do any good.
