The customer tried to violate the policy, wanted to defraud the seller by keeping the seller's property without any penalty. Also, Em Bittner used lots of profanity and threats instead of cooperating to resolve the case. Thinks using "You know who I am" is more effective than actually reading company policy. Unless you are willing to issue full refunds for non-refundable transactions, avoid dealing with this customer.
