David buys a product from you... claims it is a fake and asks for a refund (without wanting to return the product).

When you request he returns it, he will do it and then try and charge you the return postage. If you refuse to pay for his time in returning the item, he leaves you bad feedback and claims that he has "reported you to trading standards, eBay, PayPal" and all other known forces in the universe.
