The buyer purchased a GPU from us, after almost two weeks after the package delivered the buyer opened a return request. He indicate the GPU is not working and send us a picture of the error code showed by Windows. But we found the picture he sent us on Google, which means he download a picture and send it to us. We approved the return, and send him a return label for return the product. He did not use the label we provide, and purchased another one on PayPal. He used an different address in our city on the label (we have no idea what is that company do, and where the address is), so the return package showed it is delivered, but it is not deliver to us. He did not provide the return tracking number to us, so we do not know this until he opened a case on eBay. Of course, eBay fully refund him because the package showed delivered, they did not check the address or anything. So beware to this customer and this address! He is a scammer and give us a negative feedback after scam!

Well obviously you have a case there. First send the asshole a letter stating you'll file charges against him. The tracking number was done via USPS that will only show the city state of the delivery. If you kept everything on eBay, then he cant use any other label for the return other than what you generate. Its in eBay's system, you can dispute the results and show eBay that he send you a fake picture of the product and show the URL to eBay from Google. You should be sending this buyer to collections and file fraud charges against them. Ebay returned the item because he used a credit card and were more worried about being stuck with the chargeback dispute amount and thinking you and the customer would disappear, so refund the customer so they cant file a dispute chargeback and as always screw the seller over.
