First off. You know your shipping to an international destination and PayPal's agreement that you legally agreed to clearly stated that you would be responsible for proving proof of delivery. You knew that international shipments dont have any tracking from the USPS unless you pay for it. So when it came to proof of the buyer having the item you had no proof of either you shipping the item or the buyer receiving it. You took a gamble and you lost.
