Turns out this guy has a new scam, he doesn't even bid on or win the item in question , he waits for a high priced listing to end and then messages the seller saying, hey I just won this item but my dad is sick or I'm going on vacation , and then asks for it to be sent to Delaware.

Damn this guy has been at it for years, it must be working or he wouldn't keep it up.

Actually, I think he might be both parties. I sold an item (iPhone) where this gentleman purchased the item, did not pay right away, then after about an hour I received the message from “robmil_4804” to ship the item to “Toma Khabeishvili” to the freight company in DE...

Now I only figured this out because the person who purchased the item wanted me to ship it to a different freight company in Miami FL that was notorious for these scams, which is actually permanently closed. Which I googled after the eBay shipping label returned “invalid state” while trying to process the request...crazy.

The scam worked on me. They just got my lens I sold for $950. Saw the message early in the morning and was in a hurry to get it sent. I usually know better and should have. Sent to this address.

Just got hit from Giorgi on a camera I had sold on eBay. After calling eBay, they confirmed it was, indeed, a hoax, and that it's a trending hoax, too! My rep said he had personally fielded about 100 similar complaints in the last week alone.

Just sold a high priced item to a buyer in VA. Received a note from palav-6505 asking to change the shipping address to his brother Irankli Adashidizr 8 McCullough Dr U211428 New Castle, DE 19726 Thought the note look a bit strange as words were spelled wrong etc. So I sent a note to my buyer asking if he had requested an address change and he said NO. It's the same scam. Interesting the location listing for palav-6505 is Fort Sill, OK.

I wish I'd known about this place sooner. I had the same person, user ID ledad-40, purchase my iPhone. They sent a message after payment requesting to ship to a different address (recycled excuse of dad is in the hospital). I did not and sent to original address with signature confirmation:

Now they are requesting a return saying the phone doesn't work.

Here is the next wrinkle in their scam. Instead of returning the phone they made a purchase off Etsy and had it sent to me. They used the Etsy order tracking number with the eBay return to show that the return had been delivered to me. I've contacted eBay and they've put a hold on the return request so that I can send them an affidavit stating that I did not receive the phone but something else instead. It's crazy because they actually had to spend money to continue the scam.

I'm not going to let them win!

Thanks to this site I was able to cancel the transaction and not get scammed.

I just wanted to add an update to my situation with this scammer. I won my eBay case and did not have to provide him a refund. So then he took his return request to PayPal. Initially they granted it because I was never able to speak to someone due to the COVID situation but as soon as they approved his return I appealed and they approved my appeal. I'm pretty sure he still got his money but I didn't lose anything as Paypal made me whole. This guy (or guys) still suck and should die in a fire!

Yes, he is still active. Tried to buy a $750 camera on eBay using "Hassan Collier" and Brooklyn address, but then messaged to switch address to the Delaware shipper. I cancelled the order.

This scamming piece of CRAP is still out there, used a different name yesterday. Nana Chikovani. Just sold a new laptop to a buyer in the same state I reside, sent an email to new buyer, they responded. I packaged and shipped the item. A few hours later this loser posing as the buyer(I already contacted the "real" buyer) attempts to redirect to this Delaware address. A key indicator on eBay is typically their feedback score is 0", telltale sign, then expand profile, showed this moron just activated the account the very same day.

He’s at it again. Ordered an item from me July 6, Opened a claim against me stating he never got it. I was confused because the unit number was strange and googled it. I’m amazed this address hasn’t been blocked from eBay. What a scam!

Than I got a message from another person not the buyer------emisim-26 ( i had reported him to Ebay and is no longer registered buyer) to send the package to DE same 8 McCullough Dr address. So I look him up. Just joined Ebay. Than I message the person that paid for the watch. He told me -Yes he purchased the watch. I told him I cant ship to different address than is on PP and Ebay. He said -I have the same address on PP and Ebay. That address he provided was different than the one I got a message to ship to. I ask him to call the store owner and speak to her. We send the watch to the original buyer. when you sell stuff you need to be careful who you ship the stuff to. Look ,check and double check. Speak to the buyer that is listed on PP and as a buyer, not the one on the message.
