Customer purchase an item on September, 2015 and contact us August 28th, 2016 with this message: "I bought 1 of your hats, any type of sweat from your head and the entire hat turns white. All of my alpinestars hats don't do that." After we explain to them its a standard hat he continue to be rude and use aggressive language. Also, never mention that he purchase the item 11 months a go until we confronted him when we could not locate the transaction. We offer to credit their account if he return the item but were told he threw it in the garbage. So, some people have no shame but we did credit them 100% and block them from purchasing from us again. People like this should really not buy things on eBay.
