This buyer's item was held in customs during transit. Without contacting me, she opened a paypal dispute saying item wasn't sent. My extensive paperwork, scanned in high-definition and emailed to her, PROVED I shipped the item very promptly and within the promised window. The tracking # proved it was in customs and would arrive in days. She never acknowledged receipt of the shipping paperwork. Never acknowledged receipt of the item. Never answered a single one of my several messages assuring her the item was at her country's customs office. She did not use the dispute process appropriately and did not explain why she opened the dispute. Merely closed the dispute when she received her item (days after opening dispute!). Bizarre.
