Buyer swapped in a broken coin and returned it for a refund claiming it was damaged in the mail. However the box, case and capsule didn't match what was originally sent. eBay overturned the refund decision on appeal. eBay Return Case # 5163903913.

Other sellers have identified additional accounts used by this same buyer as associated with multiple Item Not Received cases, Item Not as Described cases (similar to ours), unjustified negative feedback and offers to modify negative feedback in exchange for refunds.
