Buyer appears to target small video game sellers with good feedback ratings that offer really good deals on games, buys at very low price, then leaves negative feedback for the video game purchase. In particular - PlayStation games.

Appears to be an operative for their own site or for larger gaming sites and leaves negatives based on lies in order to eliminate the offerings at very low prices (usually from casual sellers) and steer people away from buying their desired game from the small sellers.

Negative feedback given by this person, based on their history records, is USUALLY the ONLY negative feedback on a sellers record of hundreds of transactions.

He does NOT contact any buyer to "resolve" any issue before posting negative feedback. Then, he does NOT accept any public offer from any seller to "resolve". He then posts a negative, accusatory response to the seller's response on the feedback system.
