That is not sensitive information stupid. When you placed the order, you knowingly entered that information yourself to a third party. Your the one that proceeded to screw over the seller for whatever reason you wanted. Your out of your mind trying to correlate a privacy policy to "they care". The fact is whatever you did to interrupt a sellers business is justified in them doing it. Thats what this site is about.
