If he didn't pay for them, they are stolen. Not rocket science.

He threatened me with a 'defamation claim', hence why I caviated my comment. Thanks for your feedback though, I hope the court feel the same.

Purchased a vintage SW collection from him a month ago for £9100, including 4x vinyl cape figures, I can definitely say they're all originals and very happy with the purchase as buyer was very friendly. Was also able to provide me receipts of PP invoices for most of the items including 50+ carded ROTJ figures. Items definitely not stolen. Checked his former eBay profile and he has over 700+ 100% feedback with thousands of other positive transactions. I would try getting in touch with him to resolve.

Superb dealer, no hassle, would buy from again :-)))

Yeah, I agree the thread is pretty slanderous O-O

Especially seeing it was PayPal's decision …

Posted almost 6 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

To be fair....it is a thread on ‘badbuyerlist’......and it is fairly strange that this buyer is listed on this site twice, and both listings have the same to users defending this guy, but how did you discover this page? If you have had such a good experience? Surely you could have only found out about this guy if A.you are him
Or B.you know him?

I don’t believe in slander, but a lot of people have been affected, eBaay deleted his account, action fraud are involved, and the courts are involved. I don’t wish any ill towards this guy, but you can’t deny what’s happened.

Thank you to the “other victim” of Aubin Rabia’s fraudulent behaviours, for writing your “to be fair” post.

As you know, I have taken Aubin Rabia through the court process which gave him many opportunities to defend his case in court. He acknowledged the court summons but chose not to defend his case and has continued to ignore the courts...

The positive comments on this thread are as fake as his EBay feedback, of which, many were posted from his “other” EBay accounts....

A CCJ has been awarded and delivered to his address, high court bailiffs will be instructed to collect £1000+ As Aubin Rabia has sold on our goods, after not paying a penny for them. That is a bad buyer. Lol

He’s a fraudster and conned many people. Threatened me with court action for refunding his cash. Bought stuff from me on eBay and demanded I post when the listing stated pick up only. And yes why would you look on this site and defend the idiot??? I have since found out this guy and his family claim social security money. Won’t be long before someone catches this child ??

This guy tried to sell his items through vectis auctioneer, after researching him they refused him, so he approached them several months later under a new fake name. They took the items then after he called them and admitted his true name they told him he had to arrange collection of all the items as they didnt deal with stolen goods and refused to deal with him. Shame on him.

Unfortunately, the above negatives are mostly biased, unfounded and somewhat slanderous on our business, which at the time had been dealing internationally on eBay via the Global Shipping Programme for a few years, although we have more than one account as allowed by the platform to sell different categories of goods. Such an untrue comment listed above states that our feedback is fake; feedback is closely monitored by eBay, which uses an algorithm to detect suspicious buying activities (i.e. inexpensive purchases in exchange for feedback) - our average sale price per item at the time was also £35, with 1000+ transactions. As for the "social security" comment, it appears to be personal rather than pointed at the business and once again is nonfactual. It is true, however, that we opened a dispute case via eBay in regards to purchased inventory which was arranged by us through Hermes.

(continued) The tracking number showed one of the parcels had not been collected, contrary to the seller's claims, and after continued attempts to resolve the problem with them we opted to get PayPal involved; after being looked at closely, this case was closed in our favour; subsequent court cases were resolved amicably between us and the buyer.

Disagreements occur in all businesses and can be seen in any form of feedback on the internet, but we kindly request that anyone who is not happy with our services resolves via the appropriate channels.

Lastly, to settle the record straight in this thread, and in response to the following: "(...) selling on ebay now mib along with fake vinyl cape jawas y r ebay not stopping him," the figures listen for sale were NOT "fake" nor "stolen". 2 had been previously graded by us by UK Graders (UKG) and to clear any trace of doubt we have listed below the completed order references/dates which can be confirmed if necessary by UKG:

Posted about 4 years ago by 172.69.X.X Report as SPAM

(continued)

- STANDARD LOOSE COIN GRADING - Case Thickness : 3mm, Certificate of Authenticity : No, Cleaning Service : No, Fast Track Each Item 5 Day Turnaround : Yes, Poly Bag for item once graded : No, UV Casing Upgrade : No × 1 £30.99
- STAR WARS LOOSE+COA GRADING - Case Thickness : 4mm, Cleaning Service : No, Fast Track Each Item 5 Day Turnaround : Yes, Poly Bag for item once graded : Yes, UV Casing Upgrade : Yes × 1 £80.34 Subtotal: £111.33
Order #135173 was placed on January 14, 2017 and is currently Completed.

Two of six figures were graded (both with COAs) - the other four figures were sold loose due to the capes being in poor condition.
Although the reserve prices for the loose items were not met, they were indeed later sold to a private buyer who personally inspected and collected the entire collection.

Kind regards

All above absolutely bull shit indeed

Posted almost 4 years ago by 172.69.X.X Report as SPAM

For the last two years, Aubin Rabia has been selling collectibles through his company "Albinus LTD" through LiveAuctioneers.com. This time, his scam is to charge outrageous shipping fees and send collections agencies after those who don't pay.

Posted 12 months ago by 8.28.X.X Report as SPAM

Aubin rabia is actively scamming people again. That’s if he ever stopped.
Targeting auctions and couriers using fake names but the same address.
Using Threatening behaviour to make claims for missing items.
