| Details: | SELLER BEWARE!!!! This woman looks good on paper, but she managed to scam us out of $1700 in beauty products! She is a registered nurse, that checks out. She also provided a business license and tax exempt form. We're a small business and sold to her in good faith on Net 30 terms. She ordered $1700 worth of product within 30-45 days on seperate orders. Because her account wasn't past due we released her orders only to never get paid. We looked further in to her business license only to find out it was fake. She would never answer our calls or emails and we ended up having to write off her balance. Very disappointing. I feel I should also mention that she is hearing impaired, so the only way to really contact her is via email - but she clearly ignores those. |

I have this woman sitting in front of me right now stating that she is a Rehab Company for properties. She has a contract on a property with an owner in our gated community/property owners association. I have been asking alot of questions, does not appear to be hearing impaired at all! I am very leary of this womans intentions. Am going to do further research and contact the person that she is buying this property from. This was very helpful.
