Mr. Van Dalen made 4 mistakes in his name & address and became more and more insulting and beligerent and demanding when his package to the Netherlands did not arrive as quickly as he wanted. His package was untrackeable because the Dutch mail refuses to do so. It turns out that Mr. van Dalen used to be the Dutch mail service's CEO from 2006 to 2010! You can't make this up - the guy responsible for degrading the Dutch mail service, a guy who can barely write his own address, blaming us for delivery and tracking delays/problems in the company he recently headed for five whole years..
