The buyer opened case claiming item not as descriped. We asked the buyer follow eBay return policy to return the item. Then the buyer contacted eBay customer support and got refund directly. Once again, you know eBay return policy sucks! Buyers can get the item and money at no cost only if they claim the item is damaged. eBay is definitely an unfair trading platform for sellers!
