When I hadn't received payment in over 3 weeks, I sent an email asking about payment - which was met with a barrage of nasty borderline crazy emails from her (to the point I contacted eBay to see if I could block her from contacting me)..she then left ME negative feedback - which eBay since removed (in talking with other buyers, I'm not the only one) She "won" over 300 items in a month and by the looks of her feedback has not paid for very many of them at all. Sellers she has duped have left negative feedback (but of course it has to be left as positive thanks to eBay not allowing sellers to warn others of horrible buyers like this one) - she seems very vindictive too - one person said buyer asked her to mutually cancel the sale, but when seller opened the cancel item case, buyer refused to...thus sticking the seller with the fees for the "sold" item while never paying for it. She also seems to like to buy multiple things from the same seller --- and not pay. I don't know how many unpaid cases a person needs before eBay shuts them down, but she still seems to be bilking people. When I contacted ebay about her, she had just over 150 wins (and only 17 feedbacks) - had ebay actually taken action against her, other people wouldn't have been screwed - but they continue to let her bid/win and she's now at 300+ wins....and only 43 feedback.....with about a dozen being bad/warning feedback. She is truly the worst of the worst. eBay needs to start getting rid of these horrible buyers and protect the sellers a bit more. The fact that they allowed her to leave a nasty negative feedback up on my account for four days - for an item she never paid for - (they said she was "allowed" to, but they would remove it once the unpaid item case was closed) was my last straw with eBay and I've since started selling elsewhere. Hopefully people will google her buyer id and be warned of her.
