| Details: | Buyer claimed the trench coat had marks and perfume smell even though I specifically mentioned that it had gone through professional dry cleaning hence the perfume smell, and I requested photos of alleged marks on the coat, but buyer could not provide any photos. Buyer refused to pay return postage even though 'returns not accepted' was part of the stated transaction terms and condition. Buyer escalated to PayPal and I had no choice but to refund. I received the coat with zero visible defects and no marks at all. Asked the buyer if he could point out where the alleged marks were, and received radio silence. |

The buyer was a flat outright lying piece of shit. What he was trying to do is file a fraud complaint so see if you would refund him immediately and he could keep the coat. When he made up the bullshit statements of not being able to provide pictures (in this day and age when everyone has a cell phone with a camera on it) he was full of shit. The fact that he refused to pay for the return, which is his legal obligation if he wants his money back, you should of known from the picture excuse he was trying to scam you. When he couldnt get his way, he filed a fraudulent dispute to scare you into giving him a refund while still keeping the item. Thats all it was and that was what he was trying to do. DO NOT do anyone any favors, The money was in exchange for product, and without the product back in your hands, your under no legal obligation to give him his money back.
