Buyer initiated a return claiming the spine on the slipcover was "banged up" and didn't look good next to his blu-rays. That seemed to me like a banal return request, especially when I have a no-return policy for this item. When asked for package damage pictures to initiate a return the buyer ignored it. eBay forced me to accept the return, and the buyer returned a broken case item, much worse than he described. I believed he caused additional damage to prove his point for a return, perhaps exchanging my item with a damaged unit he owned.
