Details: | We are based in the UK. This buyer in the USA buys a product and it costs us $20 to ship. It arrives in the USA 5 days after dispatch but the buyer is not at home for home for delivery. The buyer is contacted by the delivery company who arranged a further 2 times (Tracking proof RU579315311GB) for this item to be delivered. On all 3 times the buyer is not at home to take delivery. The delivery ask him to go to there depot to collect as they can't keep trying when he make no effort to be there. The buyer is to lazy to go to the depot so instead he opens a case on Amazon saying item not received. Amazon refund in full $40 including the delivery cost as the item is not delivered. The buyer is then free to go and collect the order thus having a free product. Thief! |
