| Details: | Buyer purchased a network adapter, claimed it was defective and wanted a return. All well and fine. What buyer did not do was read the auction properly which stated return shipping was the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer originally received free shipping. Instead of reading and understand the auction, buyer decided to open a case with eBay. Before seller had a chance to rectify the situation, buyer pressed eBay for a resolution and purchase cost was automatically retracted. BEWARE THIS BUYER. |
