New Ebayer. Watch out! Left me negative feedback with the comment "good". Never contacted me to indicate there was any problem prior to leaving feedback and never responded to my emails to try and figure out what was wrong. Would not respond to my request to remove negative feeback. This was only her 5th Ebay transaction. Don't sell to her as it looks like there will be a 20% chance of receiving negative feedback with no explanation. Item was shipped within one day and was as described so we have no idea why we received the negative. We are new (only 170 buyers so far) but have achieved top seller status and a 20% discount in a short period. This rogue buyer has put us within .2% of losing top seller status. BE CAREFUL!!
