new way for these guys to commit fraud. they pay using a PAYPAL echeck in the hopes that you ship the part before it clears. then the exact day it clears they ask for a refund to cancel the order, then they do a dispute with their bank hoping they get a free part and a double refund somehow. has happened 6 different times so far this month Nov 2017
