Tim's package got lost in transit. We offered to send a new one, and had it packed labeled and ready to go out. Tim became very verbally abusive, insisted that we were stealing his $10, and called our customer service representative a b*tch. So we canceled the order, refunded Tim in full, and asked him to not contact us again. He then sent numerous abusive messages. We were forced to involve our attorney, for the safety of our staff.
