Ordered a pair of LED bulbs, then keep asking for tracking, then on the 10th days opened ebay dispute, we asked him to wait til the 14th business days as the deliver time is 7-14 business days, then the buyer escalade to a claim without respond and ebay refund the money in 30 mins. On the 14th day the buyer said he did receive the item.

If you cannot wait, don't buy!
