$247 should of been a read flag right there to make sure the item was delivered via authorized signature only in which the cardholder could only sign and take delivery of the item. If it was numerous packages, then that is another red flag for fraud. You might to consider other payment methods other than credit cards for large scale purchases. Because your credit card processor, the buyer's bank and the buyer couldnt give two shits about you because its not their money thats being lost and its their rules that allowed this shit to happen in the first place to allow assholes like that piece of shit to do it in the first place.
