Buyer ordered a Nintendo Switch console back in July 2018. The console was delivered August 4, 2018. In October 2018 the buyer contacted their bank to cancel this payment. The buyer never contacted us to return the item or report any problems. They simply cancelled a pre-approved payment through PayPal and we are now in a dispute with their bank. We have repeatedly reached out to the customer and they are ignoring all of our messages.
