Avoid this user and corresponding address!

Although the address says Medley, Florida, the real city is DORAL, which is known for international forwarders and logistics companies who are mostly scammers. This address is also a logistics company as well.

The user opened a presumed fraudulent claim through their method of payment more than 9 months after delivery! We reported this user to eBay, since this is not fair to any seller, regardless of reason!

Credit card chargebacks are supposed to be up 120 days (6 months), with few exceptions. Fortunately, in the very, very few that we have had for problems with outside of lost packages, they occurred within three (3) months and we were better equipped to handle each situation.

However, with this specific situation, all we can do is block them and report them. Oh, and warn our fellow sellers to AVOID AVOID AVOID!
