Details: | This buyer purchased a computer on eBay. Upon receipt he opened a 'not as described' case with eBay stating that the wifi card was not working. I provided a prepaid return shipping label. Upon return I verified that the WiFi card was working normally. He probably wanted to return the computer and didn't want to pay for return shipping. Unfortunately such dishonestly is commonplace nowadays. |

First off, that your own fault for proving a return label and paying for return shipping! No where does it state that you have to pay for someone elses problem. So there's no dispute, it was your fault for paying out the cost, you got your item back, so no scam! plain and simple.

On eBay you have to provide a return shipping label if the buyer opens a case as item not described. It is not optional.

Oh that sucks! Consider moving your higher priced items off eBay (like Ecrater, Ebid, or Prestostore) and only sell lower priced items, or tack on 50% of your shipping costs on all your items. Ebay is notorious for buyer ass kissing!

I googled my email address and this came up. The wifi card did not work for me. If you would have written me and told me it worked, I would have paid the few extra dollars to cover the return. You didn't even contact me. I have 100% feedback after hundreds of purchases. Stop throwing around accusations about your customers without even approaching them directly.

You didn't provide an opportunity to communicate. Once you open a dispute on eBay, there is no room for communication left. The seller must accept the return and provide a return shipping label. What I reported is a factual. I am unable to dispute what your intentions were at that time.
