Buyer purchased and paid for item not in stock, for a vintage tiller from a company that has been sold in bankruptcy. Order was placed in the busy season for tiller parts. Buyer was notified item was out of stock but does not understand what "Spam" folders and filters are and refuses to look other than the inbox.

Repeated pestered due to slow delivery from new manufacturer, and was notified part was on the way from the manufacturer. Explanation not sufficient and filed paypal claim, which will be denied.

After multiple emails buyer was blocked and stopped from using our order systems. Suggest other sellers and website owners do the same. Save the grief, if you can not ship the same day buyer is arrogant ass.
