| Details: | To state: I was selling a phone box only for samsung instinct s30 by sprint with no phone included, and that was stated in the title as well as the description and the item was listed in the proper category Offered buyer a full refund on an item after buyer was unhappy due to the fact they believed the item wasnt as described (missing the phone). Buyer denied the refund, and opted to open an ebay dispute saying a part of the item wasnt included (the phone). Buyer then sent me personal emails stating that if I escalated the complaint to Ebay they would send me the item back in ruined condition. |

Yes, and needless to say I escalated the dispute and ebay sided with her!!! I counted 6 times in the listing wjere it says "box only". I called Ebay and spoke to a manager named Julie and she stated I shouldn't have lost that dispute. Her only explanation was that I offered the buyer a full refund in ebay messages; therefore choosing her side made both sides happy! NOT IMPRESSED EBAY!

This guy, so full of himself & crap. He was a very Rude Seller !, & had "It" coming to him !. Him and his "Box Only" comments, are just not true !. Read his Auction Page, for yourself, and you will see, what I mean !. Had it not been an Auction, I wouldn't of thought that a phone came with it, however, look at his wording !.
