Details: | Nico Mccarthy told us we never emailed him an order confirmation and when we looked up the email address he used to contact us in our system, we found no recent order from him so we refunded him $83. However Nico Mccarthy had made TWO accounts in our store and we DID email his alternate account that we'd shipped. So we asked him to pay us the refund back, which he refused on grounds of us hurting his feelings when we warned him that not paying it back would result in this blacklisting. Instead he claimed he'd refuse the shipment so that it would be returned to us - which is costly for us, against our T&C and results in blacklisting as well. He falsely accused us of calling him a criminal. Even if we'd receive his shipment back, we'd lose the money for shipping, packaging, labor involved in preparing the order and re-stocking it - but at the moment of writing it's unjust enrichment: - A shipment is on its way to him that he did not pay for, because he obtained a refund inappropriately. If we receive it back the status of this blacklisting will be altered from "Unjust enrichment" to "Malicious infliction of financial damage". His alternate email address is ocinmoon@yahoo.com |

The above is a lie. I placed an order and PAID for it. The payment was then accidently refunded. I had no problem sending the payment again, but declined to do so after being treated in a very unprofessional manner by Sarah. I am being accused of stealing goods from her which I have not even received?

The above statement is NOT a lie, since you have pulled off the very DEFINITION of "unjust enrichment" by first obtaining a refund on false grounds, then refusing to pay it back! Note that we did NOT call it "stealing", we called it "Unjust enrichment" - the proper legal term for what you did. It will become FRAUD when we do not receive our property back, and "Malicious infliction of financial damage" when we do. We NEVER used the word "stealing".

I did not request a refund !!!! You refunded the amount by accident. I said I have no problem paying the amount again, but with your horrendous customer service I decided against it. Please read your emails again Sarah... I think you are trying to paint yourself as a saint. Within the first sentence of the first email you accused me of being a cheat. You have NO people skills !

You obtained a refund by accident and that's why it's not fraud but unjust enrichment, when you decided to keep the erroneously refunded money. A court will find you guilty of unjust enrichment if you do not return either the money or the merchandise. So far, you have returned neither so it's currently "unjust enrichment". Which is unlawful.

We publicly blacklisted 100 people for mainly fraud. Of course nearly all of those people took revenge on us for whining about our "bad customer service" in "reviews". Guess what: We've been in business for over ten years. We served over 65,000 customers. We've never advertised. Our multi-million dollar/year turnover is all due to positive word of mouth. We're by far the most ethical, customer-friendly vendor in this business and perhaps in the entire online world. Any customer can test this by looking what happens when we forget to include an item or when an item has a flaw, however so slightly. We ALWAYS ship TWO replacements in such cases, without the need to return the flawed product.

An example from yesterday: A customer could not get the cap off an expensive skin serum. We sent him TWO replacements. Another thing we offer that no-one else does is LIFETIME warranty on our electronic skin needling device. WITHOUT the need to return a bad machine! And we send a brand new machine when even the inline cable switch breaks - which is a trivial replacement costing $1 - WITHOUT the need to return the "old" one.

Another way we're pretty unique is that we save most of our customers money is by TRUSTING them. So we send most shipments untracked, which saves them $7 for shipping. When they then CLAIM they never received our shipment, we ALWAYS believe them and refund. We have the best customer service in the business bar none. We'll hurt your FEELINGS though, sometimes. Tough luck. Don't steal from us, don't defraud us, don't unjustly enrich yourself at our expense and you'll be just fine, Nico Mccarthy.

Another thing that shows how unique our customer service is, is how we I personally refunded you a large amt. of money, even though there was no reason for that at all. I'm very easy with refunds, often TOO easy, I've often refunded people by mistake but they did not STEAL our money and paid us back, Nico Mccarty from 2 Bremore, BALBRIGGAN, Ireland. Hurt feelings is no reason to steal money!

Nico Mccarthy: You just falsely claimed I "threatened" you. YOU claimed that stealing is OK, when the thief does it because his feelings are hurt. I replied that a court may take a different view.
