| Details: | Buyer is a complete theif and not to much brains upstairs. Buys a $7 receiver from our company and states she read the policies 2 time at the time of purchase. Obviously she cant read. The payment cleaerance and shipment time were clearly stated. Basically bought the item on Thursday and disputed the item on Tuesday for non receipt. Doesnt even give a company 10 seconds to ship a product out. Will make lame ass excuses that she had no contact when there are contact links all over the website, plainly just a bullshit excuse. Top it all off to prove this buyer's -10000 IQ rating, she places her credit card number where it says telephone number, gee bring from CollegeVille? and cant even read! This illerate needs to learn if you state you read something, READ IT! Cant follow directions deliberately files fraud disputes for non receipt of receipt days after purchase. SELLERS BEWARE. |

Sounds like you sold an item on Thursday, didn't contact the buyer, and by the following Tuesday this buyer was worried. I think the buyer is justified in being upset. You say there were links for the buyer to contact you? You are the seller, you should be contacting the buyer, with at least a thank you.
