Buyer had item sent via UPS and then refused to pay the duties and taxes (clearly indicated as their responsibility in the item listing). Item was then considered as abandoned by UPS and I was responsible to pay for the cost of finding the item and pay for the return of item which was greater then the value of the item. Ebay found in my favor, but the seller opened a case with PayPal who stated that it wasn't received (even though Ebay had stated that it was the buyers fault). Beware of this buyer and of using UPS to ship internationally.
