Buyer complained for late delivery although had agreed in the terms of sales that no such claim would be allowed.
Goods were ready and we shipped the goods one day after Buyer's paypal claim. Paypal refunded the Buyer. We provided tracking, number, AWB and proof of receipt with Buyer's signature for delivery to paypal, even Buyers' email admitting that he received the items. Paypal refused to give our money back on the basis that Buyer's address did not show in the paypal transaction. Buyer kept the and money and goods. |

It's incredibly outrageous that something like that happened. It is not possible that buyers cheat when purchasing the products they supposedly want to buy. The https://www.edugeeksclub.com/ think it is important to spread this information to other sales platforms so that they are in charge of reporting these buyers who cheat.

Correction to above. Buyer's country was USA not UK.
