| Details: | She purchased a shirt that was described accurately, clear pictures were also included in the listing. Three days after I sent her it she sent me a return request claiming it "looked different in the picture" and wasn't as described. The pictures were crystal clear!! I told her I didn't accept returns so she lied about the description not being accurate on the return request so she'd be able to return it. Refused to pay return shipping so I told her she could keep it & I'd refund her. A 3 dollar shirt wasn't worth arguing with this dumbass. |

After refunding her AND letting her keep the shirt she still decided to leave me neutral feedback over a month later. If you look through her feedback for others she loves leaving neutral and negative feedback.

Well first problem is that you should of never let her keep it. If there's a problem get the merchandise back or have her submit pictures of the actual shirt. So you have what she had vs what you had in the listing. If she refused to pay for return shipping that ment there was nothing wrong with the item, so she was not entitled to any refund. Problem is that Ebay doesnt allow the seller to backout of the transaction but always allows the buyer to. If your getting screwed around like that, you should consider opening you own site, the rules are ebays rules. if you do out on your own PayPal's rules changes immediately. they are ngith and day.
