Box was shipped with a label warning of the presence of lithium-ion batteries. If you don't know, you can't transport those batteries by air in an unpressurized cargo hold due to explosion risk. He claimed this was a "HAZMAT" label and demanded "compensation" for it. Told him no, reported him to eBay for attempted feedback extortion. He negged us and continued to harass us over "compensation" for a sticker on the package he didn't like.

Just dump his damn orders. He's an entitled Karen-esque "customer is always right" person. You don't need his money, I promise you. There are other, better, more honest customers.

A note to anyone who thinks "the customer is always right." No, you aren't. You aren't even entitled to do business with me, let alone have me capitulate to your every whim. I don't need your hundred bucks - the time I save blowing you off lets me serve three more customers that aren't entitled pricks. Don't ever let yourself get the notion that my business "needs" you - you are nothing to me. If you threaten, insult or malign my company, I will take every action I can to mess up your entire day.

I'm not saying that you can't come to me with a complaint or a problem. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and I want you to get a quality item. But, I'm not a fool - I know when you're scheming, and I will call you out on it to your face. I'm not afraid to confront you, and I'm not afraid to put you on blast in front of everyone.
