I sold a lot of old video games and systems on Ebay. The buyer paid with Pay Pal. Pay Pal put a hold on the money because I was a new seller. They told me if I shipped the games and they got confirmation that the games were delivered, I would get the funds from the sale. I shipped several boxes to the buyer. All of the boxes were delivered, according to tracking numbers. Some went to package lockers, some to the buyer's front door. They were delivered June 23. The day my money was supposed to be released, the guy files for refunds from both Pay Pal and Ebay, saying he did not get the stuff. Pay Pal yanked the money out of my account and gave it back to him. Ebay closed the case in my favor, but it did little good because Pay Pal had already refunded him. After Ebay closed the refund case, he filed an item not as described and asked for a refund, saying I sent the wrong item. He lied again. He took a picture of just two of the boxes I sent. Then, took the stuff out of the boxes, and replaced it with other stuff and took another picture. He uploaded those two pics to Ebay. He did not upload a picture of the huge box and other smaller boxes that he got, nor of any actual items he received. The worst thing is the same guy uploaded pictures of the actual items I sent him under a different account and is trying to sell them on Ebay...
