Robert Portillio (robinportillo@hotmail.com) insisted that the item was not shipped and i was lying to him. The item was shipped on time and there was a tracking number to verify it. He escalated it to ebay customer service and demanded that he get a full refund (by this time the item was one day away from him). The next day i checked the tracking number and it had indeed arrived at his house. I asked him politely if he would mind returning the item to me as i gave him a full refund. He said that he would ship it back to me the next day. I never recieved the item back. He bascily got a free expensive product and I lost money. I was extremely angry.
