I sold her a "near new" coach purse.
2 weeks after she received it she said she wanted to return it because it was "VERY used".
She won the case and was told to return the purse to me for a refund.
She mailed an EMPTY box and Ebay refunded her.
She got my purse and a refund.

Ebay was awesome enough to reverse it and I got my money back
