Somebody did that to me with a cell phone. Got a $200 iphone in and then went to his bank to do a reversal. It's becoming a major problem on ebay lately. I've been with ebay for 12 years and just had this encounter myself. Not with this person, but another one. After a tedious run around with ebay and paypal, I finally got my money that paypal yanked from me. I was out a phone and the money. They finally figured it out. He was trying to get a free phone. Thank god for this site now.
