Remove this seller from the system , they importing ilegal and probably that been missing in Poland in people's cars, they products need it to be confiscated asap

They parts they not confiscated by Australia standards,they not registered in Australia, they overcharged me and couldn't fight for my money,then 1 month later the stereo stop working,no warranty, what they provide is putting people on the bad buys list, because they can't take responsibility for the products,if any problems contact affair trading about they conduct

Ricardo Couto, you called your bank stating you never were at our company and cancelled the credit card payment. This is called fraud, hence we reported you to QLD police. We also provided adequate evidence to your bank to prove the work had been completed. 3 months later your bank refunded us the money as we presented them with your vehicle photos, diagnostics logs and CCTV footage of your car & yourself being handed over the invoice. When you left the office, the installed system was functioning correctly without any faults. You never contacted fair trading but QLD Police have been in contact with you about fraud you committed. It is worth to note here that after you cancelled the payment you contacted us to ask for additional discount for the work as you felt you paid to much. I hope I addressed most of your issues as it was not easy to decipher all of it with your command of English.

In the end you toke extra money from my account providing an invoice that it wasn't matching with the value of the products, and I got a bill to pay Audi to modified the system all to original, that's the reality. But bad people eventually ends badly...

We have moved our shop to a permanent commercial location which was purpose built to suit the business so this is going to be our permanent location. The Bang & Olufsen amplifier and speaker kit were thoroughly checked by Audi Centre Gold Coast who have removed Component Protection from the Amplifier - this means that the component is 100% legal and acquired from a reputable source. The invoice that you have been handed over was never modified, however you did try to negotiate the better price after you agreed to already discounted & fair price for the system & install. These dishonest practices & fraud do not work in Australia and we can only hope that other businesses can benefit from this posts and will not welcome your fraudulent activities. I certainly hope you don't treat your rendering clients in a similar fashion too.

Why I would get a call From the police if you the one that overcharged my credit card, camera in your little work garage with a worker from Poland that sleeps on the back room with no licence and more likely no visa,CCTV for that evidence, you got paid in full and I got a half stereo...
