Buyer abuses ebays return system to get a free returns label for items she changes her mind on. She then refuses to return the items and tries to extort you into giving a refund without return of the original item. She also sends harassing messages constantly, and threatens you as a seller. Judging by her messages she has done this many times, as she makes very clear she knows how to play the system.
